1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joya11 ("joya11", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at joya11.bio and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered through it.

By registering an account on joya11, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing any game, or otherwise using any part of the joya11 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. joya11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may open only one (1) account on joya11. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change. joya11 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact joya11 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

joya11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Current accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and selected bank transfer options. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your joya11 wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment provider. joya11 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any such third-party fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the third party — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is identified, joya11 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend your account, and conduct an enhanced verification review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. joya11 aims to process all approved withdrawals within one (1) hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or pending identity verification.

joya11 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or responsible gaming assessments. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

joya11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• joya11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.

• joya11 will not be responsible for any tax liability arising from bonus winnings. Players are solely responsible for any applicable tax reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on joya11 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager. joya11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand how a game operates.

All slot games, table games, and specialty games on joya11 use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. No outcome can be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on joya11 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failures, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your joya11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

joya11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that joya11 deems detrimental to the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud, joya11 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending a full investigation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which joya11 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with joya11 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by joya11.
